Recently, we shared exciting news: the capacity of StormWall’s global filtering network has surpassed 8 Tbps. Behind this milestone is a major expansion of our infrastructure, including the launch of new traffic scrubbing centers around the world.
As part of the growing process, StormWall launched a new filtering point in Los Angeles in May 2026.
The new traffic scrubbing center is located at the Equinix LA1 data center, one of the largest in California. The equipment is already fully operational, making it StormWall’s second full-scale filtering node in the United States.
What this means for our customers:
- All our products — including StormWall for Web, Networks, and Servers, as well as Antibot and Enterprise-Grade WAF — now have additional capacity, helping ensure even greater service stability and reliability.
- Traffic is processed closer to its source, which means malicious requests originating from within the US and neighboring countries can now be filtered even faster.
- Reduced latency for legitimate traffic from the United States and Latin America — while delivering maximum resilience for customer infrastructure.

The launch of the Los Angeles filtering point is another important step in the expansion of StormWall’s global network — and it’s far from the last.
