Online payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard.
To complete a payment, you will be securely redirected to the Stripe payment gateway to enter your card details.
All payment processing and storage of card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. This is the highest international standard for payment security.
Importantly, your card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. That means we do not receive, store, or process your banking data.
The security of card transactions is guaranteed by the payment systems and your issuing bank.
If your bank card is enrolled in the 3D-Secure service (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode), your issuing bank may require an additional authentication step (e.g., a one-time password) to confirm the transaction.
Recurring Payments (Auto-Payments)
To pay for our services, you may activate a recurring payment (auto-payment) option. This enables regular, automatic charges to your bank card for uninterrupted service access.
The amount and frequency of auto-payments are clearly displayed on the order page and can be reviewed in the Client Portal under Billing and Support before you confirm activation.
- Auto-payments are activated only after you take an explicit action, such as checking a designated box or clicking the consent button.
- Once activated, payments are processed automatically, without the need for separate confirmation of each transaction.
You may manage or cancel auto-payments at any time:
- via the Client Portal
- by contacting our Customer Support team.
Once cancelled, no further automatic charges will be initiated.
All recurring payments are processed in full compliance with international payment system rules and applicable legislation.
