The StormWall Client Portal is now more user-friendly and feature-rich than ever. With a modern design, highly flexible settings, and advanced DDoS protection tools. All key improvements are now available to our clients.

On February 27, we launched the new Client Portal—modern and intuitive, making it even easier for our clients to control their DDoS protection, access detailed traffic and attack analytics, manage access with role-based permissions, subaccounts, and API, track payments, and customize notifications and other security settings effortlessly.

Modern Design and Enhanced User Experience
We have refined the UX/UI, refreshed the design, and made the interface even more user-friendly and intuitive. Using the Client Portal is now even more seamless—both on desktop and mobile devices.

When developing the new Client Portal, we focused on real user scenarios and behavior patterns. Now, all buttons and options are in their logical places, and task execution is even faster.
The Client Portal now includes three main sections: Control Panel, Billing, and Users.

Control Panel — Everything at Your Fingertips
All key data in one place—instantly access information about your services, attacks, notifications, and logs.

- Enhanced navigation—find the things you need faster and manage protection services with ease.
- Updated charts and reports—visualize traffic and attack data, including our Attack Heatmap, in a clear, user-friendly format.

- Custom time settings—сhoose your time zone, and all data in charts and tables will be displayed accordingly.
- Flexible notification settings—select your preferred communication channels for alerts and configure them in just a few seconds.

Billing — Monitor and Manage Your Expenses More Easily
The Billing section allows you to pay for services and track expenses effortlessly.
- All payment details in one place—access payer information, invoices, and service details on a single page for easier balance top-ups and transaction history management.

- Payments redesigned—we have improved the appearance of invoices and made the payment process more intuitive.

Users — Flexible Access Control
Everything you need to connect employees and properly manage their access rights.

- Effortless subaccount management—create additional user accounts with customized rules for each team member.
- New role-based access control—assign roles tailored to specific tasks. Let accountants view invoices while support staff access attack history.

- API tokens with extended capabilities—now with no expiration date, reducing the need for frequent updates. A new token is only required when adding a new service.

All StormWall Clients will be automatically switched to the new Client Portal. Login credentials remain unchanged.
