Client Portal Update: Notifications Over Telegram and Through Webhooks
We have updated our client portal, allowing you to manage notification settings in a few simple steps. In the new section ‘Notification Settings’, it is now possible to choose the notifications option that suits you best. You may receive notifications not only by email (as previously), but also through webhooks and our Telegram bot. You can easily add, edit and delete notification options in the new modal window.
In order to make it easier for our customers, we have moved all previously configured notifications to a new section. As a result, you will continue to receive emails as usual. To receive notifications through webhooks or Telegram, you need to configure notifications in a new section.
For new clients, all the necessary notification settings are already available through the new section. In the notification settings for all services, the default email address of the account specified during the registration of the personal account will be used. You can change it or delete it if necessary. Remember that if you change the main Email address, you must also update the address for notifications.
How to Set up Notifications
- Select a feature from the list and add notifications via email by entering the required addresses in the appropriate fields.
- For your convenience, when adding more than 5 Email addresses, a search function is available.
- The system also automatically checks duplicate email addresses.
Telegram
- To add notifications in Telegram, follow the link from the popup window, click ‘Start’ and copy the code back into the popup. Then click ‘Done’.
- To send notifications to more than one employee, create a chat, add a bot and all the necessary participants.
Webhook
- Add the Webhook URL to receive notifications.
- Click the ‘Test Webhook’ button to test if it works.
